Q. I don't get all of AZooNY's services for free, why not?
A. Good question.  It costs money to develop, promote, and run the site.  So we charge a very small amount for enhanced services while keeping BASIC membership FREE!

Q. Is it safe to type my credit card number online?
A. AZooNY.com uses industry leader PayPal to process payment transactions.   PayPal utilizes an industry standard and secure method of processing online credit card information.

Q. I uploaded my artwork and registered, why doesn't anything show up?
A. Artists are marked as "active" or "inactive".  You may be "inactive" if you signed up for SILVER or GOLD membership, but your payment has not reached us yet or your account has expired.  You may also be "inactive" if there is a problem with your membership such as a conflict with our terms and conditions.

Q. What format is best when supplying digital images of my art?
A. AZooNY.com accepts ".jpg" and ".gif" files.  Once submitted your digital image will be resized smaller if needed, and a thumbnail created for our search engines.  We will not resize *larger* so if your image appears too small, try re-submitting a larger version of it.

Q. Can I register my AZooNY page with web search engines?
A. You can but AZooNY.com pages are already automatically indexed by most major search engines.  What would help is to add a link to AZooNY.com on any other webpage you might have access to and to add the azoony.com address in your email signature.  Sample links and banners can be found here.
